Out now - Ron Gallo’s “You Are the Problem (Live from First Unitarian Church, Philadelphia, PA - May 17th, 2024).”
In May 2024, Ron Gallo performed his first solo shows in 7 years, selling out two nights—one at the First Unitarian Church in Philadelphia, PA, and one on the rooftop of the Sultan Room in Brooklyn, NY. Armed with just a classical guitar, he played songs from his 5-album catalog, spanning from 2017’s critically acclaimed debut HEAVY META to his 2023 Kill Rock Stars debut, FOREGROUND MUSIC. All the tracks were adapted for an intimate, almost “opposite of the original” setting. It was also an opportunity for him to test new songs from an album he's currently working on for the very first time. The shows were live recorded and filmed, with selected songs to be released as the RON SOLO (Live) EP. In light of the EP, Gallo embarks on a solo tour next week, September 19th.
